Physical Products

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times generally take 5–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Auera is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors outside our control. Digital Products

Digital products (links, downloads, and digital assets) are delivered instantly via email or directly through your order confirmation after payment is completed. No physical shipping is required. If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of purchase, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at michalsebastiaoo1@gmail.comand we'll resend access.
